Resumen

La Labor Process Theory (LPT) se centra en examinar críticamente la dinámica de control, consentimiento y resistencia en los regímenes laborales bajo el capitalismo. A lo largo de los años, varios de sus desarrollos conceptuales han incorporado variadas tradiciones teóricas cuya diversidad motivó la investigación que dio origen a este artículo. El objetivo de este trabajo es analizar la producción internacional sobre LPT durante los últimos trece años, con el fin de identificar sus principales temas y agendas de investigación. Para ello, se realizó una revisión de la literatura en las bases de datos Web of Science y Scopus. Se observaron diversos caminos de investigación sobre la LPT, incluyendo temas como: a) expansión de la descalificación y alienación de trabajadores de diferentes sectores; b) interseccionalidades de género y raza; c) control y producción del consentimiento; y d) trabajo emocional. Entre los nuevos temas de investigación se destacó el creciente debate sobre el trabajo a través de aplicaciones y discusiones sobre nuevas formas de explotación laboral y dinámicas de control del trabajo.
